Day #13 of 13,Like all good things, this wonderfully cherished celebration campaign must come to an end. Mind it, it’s just this particular campaign that is over, not the love and celebration, that remain resolute!!! Thanks to all our LinkedIn family members for the love and support during the course of these fulfilling thirteen days, for making our special celebration, even more special, #kudos to all of you 😊😊!!! This one started with a vision, and we believe during the last 13 days and years, we were able to fulfil some of those while taking concrete steps for the other pledges made for the future to judge. The quest may continue however signing off this #13YearsStrong campaign on a special note, where our dear team members at Wellcare Oil Tools , carried out a very satisfactory plantation drive. With great optimism for the approaching #newyear2024, we would like to unveil our new company motto. Embedded below, this is truly special since it encapsulates the essence of who we are, who we have been from the last 13 years. Cheers to the profound journey that awaits all of us, challenging yet surmountable, just like us. 🦾. Stay tuned for more updates!!!#congratswellcare #13YearsStrong #celebrations #oilandgas

Purpose matters. It is not a nice to have. It is at the core of everything we do. If our WHY is strong enough, we will find the WILL and the WAY to live a life of purpose. Without purpose, we are just feathers in the wind.My question for the day: What tree do YOU want to plant in your life?#purposematters

Absolutely, losing toxic people can be a huge win! It’s like clearing out clutter from your life. When you distance yourself from those who bring negativity, you create space for more positive and fulfilling relationships. It’s a step towards prioritizing your well-being and making room for people who uplift and support you. How do you feel about the change?

Do we know what is the most Valuable resource available for us as a species? Ourselves. While we go about our life every day, with introduction to newer technologies to make our lives easier as well as growing drop in value of a human's life. Whether it is our work environment or public spaces, just because one doesn't go through accidents in life-we take it lightly and think that nothing wrong would happen.I Hate to break it down to you but the people with even protection sometimes lose their life. It's not about the chances of us getting into such a position, it's actually a practice one does to #respect your surroundings too. If you do practice regular safety norms, Traffic lights etc- That indicates your inclination towards a sustainable future where you picture other safety as well. So stay blessed, stay safe. Practice safety and protection in work environments as well as public roads. Human life is the MOST PRECIOUS thing in our #existence and one can never change that. As we move towards a more simulated #generation of people, we would need the same protection and kindness towards other people at work or home. If a single large donation could solve issues, it would already be a reality, but the matter of fact is we need individual efforts at individual levels to change our compass pointing towards our Animalistic Prudences and gradually shift it towards Intellectualism and togetherness. I say this with a heavy heart on a loss which I encountered personally last year which made me feel very insignificant even after doing everything possible to make life worth living 🌹. Nevertheless, I would still choose the same path as it would be a wise choice to function on love and acceptance.Competition should always and will always be a cynical part of our existence, but the want of control is what changes preferred resource sharing to a Choice. A choice to malignant swelling of our own pockets to gather the most out of a demand and Supply. #Human #life #death #safety #protection #journey #love #180623

When the Silent Need Us: A Reflection on Our Role in the Symphony of Life In the quiet corners of our world, something extraordinary is happening. Animals—wild, free, and often distant from human contact—are reaching out to us. We hear stories of dolphins guiding lost swimmers to shore, elephants showing compassion in moments of grief, and even wild animals approaching humans for help when in distress. These encounters feel like cosmic winks, reminding us that intelligence and empathy are not solely human traits. But in these moments, a thought lingers: How often do we extend that same compassion to our fellow humans? We are a species capable of profound empathy, yet we sometimes struggle to direct it towards one another. We rally behind causes, raising billions for endangered species, environmental preservation, and natural disaster relief—and rightly so. But why does that same urgency often falter when we witness human suffering, right in front of us? Why do we sometimes turn away when we see someone in pain? Is it discomfort? Fear? A feeling of helplessness? We’re quick to silence our inner voice, to move on, to leave the aid to someone else. Yet, when an animal is in need, we instinctively know how to respond. We drop everything to help. So here’s the question we must gently ask ourselves: If we can so readily respond to the silent plea of a wild creature, why are we reticent to do the same for each other? In a world where we’re all interconnected, should our survival, our collective well-being, not be the core focus of our efforts? Imagine if we treated every person with the same compassion we reserve for those animals in need. If we could see the suffering of another human being as an urgent call to action—not just as a passive observer, but as an active participant in their healing. What if we recognized that in saving our planet and all the life it holds, we must also save each other? In the grand tapestry of life, we are but one thread, woven alongside every other living being on this planet. Our strength, our survival, lies in how tightly we are bound together. So let us not only raise our voices for the voiceless animals but also for the silent cries of our fellow humans. Let us be the ones who stop, who listen, who help—because in the end, saving one life, whether human or animal, is a step towards saving us all.

Happy Earth Day 🌎 Whether you are a tree hugger 🌳 or not, everyone has a stake in ensuring that all of us, and those who come after us, are able to not just survive, but to thrive on this planet.Saying we have some work to do, is a huge understatement. Really what is needed is a wholesale re-orientation of our societies.A shift to valuing what actually is valuable in terms of supporting life and enabling our species and the countless others that we share this planet with, to exist. We are seemingly not very good as a species at getting our prioritizes straight, at thinking long-term, about sacrificing for the greater good. But, the good news is that, somehow, nature (diminished though it is) continues to lead by example, to show us what is possible if we only give it some space. So today, and hopefully going forward, let us be more grateful for nature, for creation, whatever you would call it, and try to live in a way that honours this natural wonder, a society that is more in tune with it, and with each other. What can each of us do in our own lives to help? What can we do in the communities that we are members of? How can we include more people in these communities and in this work?I have some ideas about what I would like to see happen, alot of questions about how to get there, and maybe against all evidence I do still have hope for the future, and a belief that together we can make a lot of good things happen, if only we decide that it is time for things to change.Sending love to you all and to all those who we share this one precious home with 💕 #EarthDay #Nature #Community #Love #Action #TreeHugger #HamOnt #RandomMusings
